Registration
Here is the registration form. Please ensure this is fully complete and submitted by the deadline. Registration is important to aid the instructors to develop the class groupings and the schedule.

Handbook
The Handbook is a collection of all guidelines and procedures developed based on decisions that have been established within CDC. If you are looking for how things work, reference the Handbook to see if the info is there first.

Fees
This is the most current information regarding fees and payment schedules for the dance season. If there is no information posted here, there may be decisions required from the AGM before it is posted.

Required Form
(before first class)
Our required form contains a Release, a Parent/Dancer contract, along with your permission to photograph and share on our website and Facebook pages. These must be complete for each dancer before the first dance class.

Dancer Attire
Here are the current details on what shoes and attire are required for each of your dancer's classes.

Measurements
Please follow instructions EXACTLY and submit your dancer's measurements via our form below.
The measurements will assist the instructors to determine what size of costumes will need to be ordered this year.
