Fundraising
Fundraising is essential to keeping our fees low. It is mandatory to participate in all fundraisers, either by way of volunteering your time and/or by marketing and promoting the various sales and events that we have throughout the year.
The dance club fundraises in order to maintain the dance studio, pay for insurances and administration items, pay for the photo day sitting fee, and to cover the wages and mileage of the instructors for all dance competitions, rehearsal days, and photo days.
There is also a Buy Out option in order to opt out of all fundraising activities. The Buy Out option includes a payment of $400 per dancer or $700 per dance family (if there are more than two children dancing). This option must be selected and communicated to the Treasurer by September 26th of the current dance season.

All dance families are required to participate on the scheduled date (unless Buy Out is complete)

There will be some pre-assigned duties. Otherwise, please show up as a family to sort bottles/cans.

Do all that you can to share info about our Bottle Drive and to assist our communities in making donations. Note: we have some storage and can accept early donations as well.
